Marauder Oblivion is a Mark-V Jaeger based around speed, agility and swiftness. Its blueprints would later be used as a base for the Mark VII Jaeger; Saber Athena.
History[]
Initial Deployment[]
Marauder Oblivion was constructed as one of the later generations of Mark VI Jaegers. It was launched on November 2 2035 and was stationed to the Lima Shatterdome. During the Jaeger's operational testing phase, PPDC Officials noted down its incredible speed and agility, able to evade attacks that most other Mark VI Jaegers could not. Realising its potential, the green light was given for a Mark VII Jaeger that would fill its niche; Saber Athena.
The Uprising Wars[]
Marauder was on a highly classified recovery mission in Oblivion Bay during the drone attacks and by the time it received the SOS signal from Lima, the drones had already been shut down, and much of the Shatterdome lay in ruin. It was later one of the few operational Jaegers that were sent to pursue Shrikethorn, Raijin and Hakuja, however, it failed to intercept them and could not reach MegaToyko in time to assist in combat.
