History[]
First Kaiju War[]
As with Leatherback, Otachi is one of the largest and heaviest Category IV Kaiju to make landfall. It is larger than other Kaiju types in terms of length, though not mass. Otachi appears to walk on all fours, instead of standing upright like some other types of Kaiju.
She battled Gypsy Danger, Striker Eureka, Crimson Typhoon, and the Cherno Alpha. Otachi finished two of them and displayed many attacks against Gypsy Danger like wings, acid, an extra terrestial tongue, club tale, and frog throat. She also demonstrated the weakness of ice, swords, and boat swords. Otachi also contains a flying form.
Second Kaiju War[]
She was one of the many kaiju brought back from the dead by the Kaiju cultists.Otachi 2.0 was also made by the precursors.
Pacific rim 2[]
One of the kajiu that got slain by Falco Vortex in the last line of defence.
Kaiju Park[]
He was also cloned for the Kaiju zoo/theme park, Kaiju Park.

Otachi has six eyes, four of which are on the horns on her forehead.
